MARY CLISER and ROBERT CATLETT LAMPTON

MARY CLISER was born in 1797 in Shenandoah County, Virginia (Page) to Mathias & Barbara Clizer. Mary was raised on the Kleiser Farm and attended the Hawksbill Reformed Lutheran Church, where she appeared in the church records as "Maria" and surname varied from Gleisser to Kleisser. Mary married Robert Catlett Lampton in 1821 in Shenandoah County (Page), Virginia. They moved to Licking County, Ohio soon afterward. Mary died in March 1879 at 81.
